日本入境记录卡& 申告單 Japan Arrival Card

去日本外国的人，基本上都得要填两张单子

这两张单子，分别是入境记录卡及申告单

建议先写好并主动递出(入关时)...

 单子要在那里可以拿得?!在飞机上，空姐应该都会主动发放....

若没有拿到的话，也可以到机场后，在入国审查旁边，再拿取填写，

不过这样子就会卡到入关时间了....

 来看看入境记录卡长什么样吧 !!

1.入境记录卡-正面

下图中，左边要填写的是离境资讯，在入境后，会被日本入国审查员撕下来钉在护照上

日期部份，请填写西元日期，年份请写末2码，例如：2014年，写上14。

1. Immigration record card - front

The figure below, left side is fill in the departure information after entry into the country of Japan examiners will be torn nail on the passport

Date part, please fill out the BC dates, and please write at the end of Year 2 yards, for example: in 2014, written on 14.

背面问题，您只要选择回答“YES”、“NO”就行了。

（1）您在过去有没有过被日本强制遣送回国，或者被拒绝入境？
（2）您没有在在日本或他国因为刑事案件而受到有罪判决？
（3）您现在没有有携带麻药、大麻、鸦片、兴奋剂等限制药品或枪炮、刀剑或火药之类的物品？
（4）您现在带了多少现金？
以上的内容须与事实相符合。

携带申告单 -- 正面这张主要是要注明随身是否有带什么特殊的物品，正常来说照着下面填就可以了~另外，这张表如果你们是一家子出游的话(不包含朋友团喔)，是不用每个人都填写的，因此除了入境记录表必须一人一张以外，只要在下图框框里注明你们一家的成员人数，一个人代表将这张表在最后到行李出关时，交给海关的审查人员就可以~
